This week's progress report

     Salutations my followers! Hope everybody is doing well and enjoying the Leap Day Today. Wish I could be right now at the Magic Kingdom to celebrate the Leap Day.... but ain't gonna happen LOL. What's the results of this week weigh-in? Well not that good.... On Sunday my weight dropped to 161 lbs and today my weight dropped to 159 lbs....... NOT BUENO!!! On Sunday my trainer Ramon, suggested me to start taking a lean gainer that he personally use to help me get some gains. I just got it yesterday and today started drinking the shakes. I'm also waiting for my good friend/nutritionist Alexis to change my diet so I can get results too. 
     On the training side everything is going well; Ramon keeps pushing me to do better and according to him I better come prepare for Friday..... Legs day..... uh oh!!!! I think no more chicken legs. LMAO But you know how it is.... no pain, no gain! 
     I hope by next month to start posting some pics of before and after so you guys can see the progress and share with me your opinions. Well time for me to get ready to hit the gym. Is shoulders and abs today. Until next time.

Hello Hello Hello!!!!!

     Hello again my followers! Hope you are doing well. So let's talk about my progress from last week.... On Wednesday I dropped from 162 lbs to 160.5 lbs.... yes very frustrating; but after that my trainer decided to change my workout days and now I'm only working out Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays with a light cardio on Sundays. Also Ramon decided to change my workout a bit, in which it makes it challenging and good for me to keep growing. After that, my weigh in on Sunday went up to 161 lbs and today's weigh in went up to 162 lbs. Hopefully my weight keeps going up in muscle mass, not as fat. 
     Now a few days ago,  photographer Michael Thomas contacted me about my blog and share with me that it lacks photos of me to showcase my progress. He explained to me that "modeling is a visual concept and less verbal"; in which I completely agree with. So explained to him that yes I'll be posting pics of my progress but wanted to wait a few more weeks so I can show better my progress. LOL I just don't want to post pics of me and looking horrible. LOL But just stay tuned hopefully I'll get a few pics together so I can share my progress. Hope to hear from you. Don't hesitate to post comments. :-)

Oooops.......I almost forgot!

Helloooooooooo my followers! I apologize for not posting this week post sooner. Have lots in mind and almost forgot. LOL So what happened this last week? Well training with Ramon is going great; definitely he is keeping me motivated and pushing me to reach my goals. Now, this last week I didn't gain a single pound, but the good news is that I didn't lose any weight.

So what to expect this week? Well my workouts are going to change a little bit to make it more challenging and new..... and believe me last night training was definitely painful. LOL But in a good way. Can't wait to share with all of you my progress next week.

More progress coming this way....

It's been another great week of progress. Last week my trainer Ramon, killed me with legs. LOL Like he said... it was a short workout, but sweet. My calves and lower back was sore for days.... but is the good kind of sore. No pain, no gain.... that's what people say, right? Then on Friday did back and biceps, in which it was observed that I was able to go up in weight; in which is really good. Now my weigh in is still going up in which is amazing. My last weigh in (Sunday) was of 162 lbs.... I'm so excited about this! At this rate I'll be reaching 170 lbs and soon shredding time will come ahead. Can't wait to see the results of this week.
