And the weigh in today is........

     Today is disappointing for me. My current weight is 150 lbs (153 lbs on Wednesday), so I lost 3 lbs since my last weigh in. Was looking forward in seeing a 155lbs, but didn't happen. :-( Well moving on.... still eating my 6 meals a day; breakfast being the biggest meal of all! Also taking my Serious Mass (weight gainer) with my breakfast, pre and post workout, and before going to bed.

     Also since Monday I started a new workout routine. From now on I'm working out 4 days a week, lifting heavy and doing 6 exercises per muscle.
                               * Day 1: Chest
                               * Day 2: Legs
                               * Day 3: Off
                               * Day 4: Shoulders
                               * Day 5: Back
                               * Day 6 & 7: Off

Is Sunday!!!!!!!!!!

Is finally Sunday and is time to weight myself again...... and the current weight for today is........ 150.5 lbs!!!!! Wow I went up 5 lbs from Thursday till today!!!!! Thanks SERIOUS MASS!!!! Everytime I drink you.... I just want to puke!!! LOL LOL But hey is helping me get the results. I definitely feeling that I'm gaining. Pants are starting to feel a bit tight and some shirts too. So that is all good. So happy! Woo hoo!!!

Oooops!!!!

So I completely for got to weight myself yesterday..... but is ok.... I weight myself today. I just gained back the pound I lost (145.5 lbs). Today I started to take Serious Mass.... it is a weight gainer shake that I have to drink 4 times a day! One scoop in the morning, half a scoop before working out, half a  scoop after, and finally another half a scoop in the evening. That thing is huge. Finished my breakfast plus that and feel like I'm about to explode. LOL and in just a few I'll be eating my second meal.... but oh well someone has to do it if I want to gain.
